3 way at Rochester !!!

So, today in the yard I was treated to a rare spectacle! Three westbounds were lined up and waiting for the signal at CP 369! At the moment I didn't know why but I would find out later. Oh yeah, by the way, what is up with the numbers on 7868? They're HUGE and goofy lookin' !
